
Mental health is more than merely the absence of mental disorders or disabilities, it is a state of wellbeing in which an individual realises their full potential, can cope with everyday stresses and can work productively to make a contribution to their community (WHO). While mental wellbeing is not as simple as ABC, this glossary aims to provide you with some of terms and concepts that can help you reach your full mental health potential.
